The All Students Enrollment area displays the student enrollment records entered at the student Enrollments tab within the student detail record. Records cannot be created or edited at the All Student Enrollments area.
After signing in to LACES NexGen, go to More on the area menu and select All Student Enrollments from the list to go to the All Enrollments area. The default filter is Active.
The Active filter displays:
•Students with an active or enrolled status in any enrollment setting (class, group, workshop, or pair).
To display all student enrollment records entered in your agency, click the X on the Active tile to remove the filter. The Active tile may be added back to the grid by opening the search panel, expanding the General search category, and clicking Active.
All Student Enrollments records on the grid may be filtered by using grid row filtering. This allows you to perform searches on specific columns without creating a search. For more information about adding and applying searches, go to Search.
Shared all student enrollments views display at the top left of the all student enrollments grid on the view options dropdown list. There is only one shared view available for all student enrollments, All Student Enrollments List, which displays columns on the grid that provide at-a-glance information about students and their enrollments.
