All Person

 

The All Person area displays the person records in your agency and the roles assigned to that person.  Records cannot be created or edited at the All Person area.

 

After signing in to LACES NexGen, go to More on the area menu and select All Person from the list to go to the All Person area.  All records display by default.

 

All Person records on the grid may be filtered by using grid row filtering.  This allows you to perform searches on specific columns without creating a search. Notice that a person role is indicated with an ‘X.’  To find all persons with a particular role, enter ‘X’ in the grid filter field.  This will display all persons with that role.  Change the operator on the search tile to ‘And Not’ to display all persons who do not have the role.

 

If a specific search is needed, you may create the search by clicking the +ADD link located above the all person grid.  For more information about adding and applying searches, go to Search.

 

Shared all person views display at the top left of the all person grid on the view options dropdown list.  There is only one shared view available for all persons, Person List, which displays columns on the grid that provide at-a-glance information about persons and their roles.  For more information about views in general, or creating new views, go to View Manager.
