The All Non-Student Workshop Enrollment area displays workshop enrollments records for persons who are not students. Non-students are staff, tutors, contacts, volunteer, or donors. Records cannot be created or edited at the All Non-Student Workshop Enrollments area.
After signing in to LACES NexGen, go to More on the area menu and select All Non-Student Workshop Enrollment from the list to go to the All Non-Student Workshop Enrollment area. The default filter is Active.
The Active filter displays:
•Non-students with an active or enrolled status in a workshop.
To display all non-student workshop enrollment records entered in your agency, click the X on the Active tile to remove the filter. The Active tile may be added back to the grid by opening the search panel, expanding the General search category, and clicking Active.
All Non-Student Workshop Enrollments records on the grid may be filtered by using grid row filtering. This allows you to perform searches on specific columns without creating a search. For more information about adding and applying searches, go to Search.
Shared all non-student workshop enrollments views display at the top left of the all non-student workshop enrollments grid on the view options dropdown list. There is only one shared view available for all non-student workshop enrollments, Enrollments List, which displays columns on the grid that provide at-a-glance information about non-students and their workshop enrollments.
