The All Goals area displays the individual goal records entered at the Student Outcome tab/Goal and Achievements panel within the student detail record.
After signing in to LACES NexGen, go to More on the area menu and select All Goals from the list to go to the All Goals area. The default filter is Current Fiscal Year.
The Current Fiscal Year filter displays goals:
•With a set date that is within your agency’s current fiscal year dates.
To display all goals records entered in your agency, click the X on the Current Fiscal Year tile to remove the filter. The Current Fiscal Year tile may be added back to the grid by opening the search panel, expanding the General search category, and clicking Current Fiscal Year.
All Goals records on the grid may be filtered by using grid row filtering. This allows you to perform searches on specific columns without creating a search. For more information about adding and applying searches, go to Search.
Shared all goals views display at the top left of the all goals grid on the view options dropdown list. There is only one shared view available for all assessments, All Goals List, which displays columns on the grid that provide at-a-glance information about students and their assigned goals. For more information about views in general, or creating new views, go to View Manager.
