The All FY Data area displays students who have fiscal year summary records created for a specific fiscal year (also called ‘Reporting System’). Records cannot be created or edited at the All FY Data area.
After signing in to LACES NexGen, go to More on the area menu and select All FY Data from the list to go to the All FY Data area. The default filter is Current Fiscal Year.
The Current Fiscal Year filter displays:
•Students with a fiscal year summary record in the current fiscal year
To display all students with fiscal year summary records in any fiscal year, click the X on the Current Fiscal Year tile to remove the filter. The Current Fiscal Year tile may be added back to the grid by opening the search panel, expanding the General search category, and clicking Current Fiscal Year.
All FY Data records on the grid may be filtered by using grid row filtering. This allows you to perform searches on specific columns without creating a search. For more information about adding and applying searches, go to Search.
Shared all FY data views display at the top left of the all FY data grid on the view options dropdown list. There is only one shared view available for all FY data, All FY Data List, which displays columns on the grid that provide at-a-glance information about student FY summaries.
