The All Assessments area displays the individual assessment records entered at the student Assessments tab within the student detail record. Records cannot be created or edited at the All Assessments area.
After signing in to LACES NexGen, go to More on the area menu and select All Assessments from the list to go to the All Assessments area. The default filter is Current Fiscal Year.
The Current Fiscal Year filter displays assessments:
•With an assessed date that is within your agency’s current fiscal year dates.
To display all assessments records entered in your agency, click the X on the Current Fiscal Year tile to remove the filter. The Current Fiscal Year tile may be added back to the grid by opening the search panel, expanding the General search category, and clicking Current Fiscal Year.
All Assessment records on the grid may be filtered by using grid row filtering. This allows you to perform searches on specific columns without creating a search. For more information about adding and applying searches, go to Search.
Shared all assessments views display at the top left of the all assessments grid on the view options dropdown list. There is only one shared view available for all assessments, Student Assessment List, which displays columns on the grid that provide at-a-glance information about students and the assessments they have taken.
