Agency Settings/Agency Data tab

The Agency Data tab contains two panels.

Key Info

Displays agency information that may be entered or updated.  License Code is a read only field.

The name entered in the Agency field determines how the agency name displays when you sign in, and how it displays on reports.  Agency name may be updated by any user with the proper permissions and does not need to be updated by tech support.  Before changing your agency name, however, be sure to discuss the change with members of your agency or state director.

Offers Adult High School relates to cohorts, and is unchecked by default.  This should only be checked if your state or agency provides adult high school classes and diplomas.

Detail

Displays the fiscal year your agency is currently set for, the fiscal year code (used only by tech support), and the start date of the fiscal year.  The fiscal year setting determines how current fiscal year instructional hours and levels populate, and which records display at areas with a current fiscal year filter.  Some agencies also displays ‘Max Days to Move Assessments Forward.’ This refers to the number of days allowed to move an assessment forward from one fiscal year to the next to determine a student’s entry level.

Choice Lists tab

Many of the dropdown list fields in your database can be customized by modifying choice lists.  This type of customization can be done by anyone in your agency with a sign in account name and is not the same as a customization done by a developer.

Signin Summary tab

The signin summary tab displays a summary of the users who have signed into the agency, the number of times the user has signed in, the last date and IP address of signin, and the last agency signed into.  Note that users with access to multiple agencies will see the last agency they signed into, not the current agency.

The signin summary is available to all users.

Delete Log tab

The delete log displays person records that have been deleted, and the user who deleted the record.  The delete log is available to all users.
