The Pair data tab record contains information regarding the pair record, and is primarily populated from information in the individual tutor and student records, and information entered when the pair was created.
Editing can be done by opening the tab and typing directly into the field(s) you wish to edit. While making changes, the header and other tabs will become inactive until the changes have been saved or cancelled within the tab you are currently accessing.
The Pair Data tab contains the following fields:

Student Name |
The name of the student matched in the pair. |

Student Status |
The student’s overall status, which is not the same as the pair status. |

Student Home Phone |
Student’s home phone number, entered in the student record. |

Student Work Phone |
Student’s work phone number, entered in the student record. |

Student Mobile Phone |
Student’s mobile phone number, entered in the student record. |

Student Email |
Student’s email address, entered in the student record. |

*Match Date |
The date the pair was matched. |

Start Date |
Date of the first pair hours; automatically adjusted if the first hours date record is deleted or the date is changed. |

End Date |
Date the pair is place On hold or Dissolved. |

Status |
Status of the pair.

Tutor Name |
The name of the tutor matched in the pair. |

Tutor Status |
The tutor’s overall status, which is not the same as the pair status. |

Tutor Home Phone |
Tutor’s home phone number, entered in the tutor record. |

Tutor’s work phone number, entered in the tutor record. |
