The pair History tab allows pair history related to the student/tutor record to be entered, edited, viewed or deleted. Pair History records are automatically populated by updates to the Pair Status made in the Pair Data tab.
The History tab contains the following fields:

The date on which that pair history record began. |

Status of the pair. |

Creation Date |
System-generated date indicating the date the pair history record was entered in the database, non-editable. |

Edit |
Click to open the pair history record for editing. |

Delete |
Click to delete the pair history, after verification. |
To add a new pair history record, click the Add New Record link in the upper-left corner. A new pair history record window will open, allowing you to enter the Start Date and Status fields. Other areas of the database will be inactivated until the pair history record is saved or cancelled.
After entering the pair history record, click Save to save the history record and return to the Pair History panel, or Save and New to save the history record and add additional pair history records, until clicking Save on the final history record. Click Cancel to return to the Pair History panel without saving the pair history information.
To edit pair history records, click the Edit button to the right of the pair history record and make edits, then Save.
To delete pair history records, click the Delete button to the right of the pair history record and verify that you wish to delete the pair history record.
