Work History Panel

 

The Work History panel allows the tutor Work History to be entered, edited, viewed or deleted.  Tutor work history is optional and only needs to be entered if your agency tracks this information for reporting or funding purposes.  

 

To add a new work history record, click the Add New Record button to open a new work  history  window.  After entering the work history record, click Save to save the record and return to the Tutor History panel, or Save and New to save the record and add additional records, until clicking Save on the final record. Click Cancel to return to the Tutor History panel without saving the record.

 

To edit work history records, click the Edit button to the right of the record and make edits, then Save.  Other areas of the database will be inactivated until the record is saved or cancelled.

 

To delete work history records, click the Delete button to the right of the record and verify that you wish to delete the record.

 

 

The work history panel contains the following fields:

 

 

*Start Date

The start date for the work history record.

*Employment Status

The Employment Status for the tutor.  

Occupation

Occupation of tutor.

Employer Name

Name of tutor’s employer.

Type of Employer

Type of tutor’s employer.

Employer Address

Address of tutor’s employer.

Employer Contact

Employer contact, name and/or telephone number.

Salary

Tutor’s salary.

Creation Date

System-generated date indicating the date the work history record was entered in the database.

 

Edit

Click to open the work history record for editing.

 

Delete

Click to delete the work history record, after verification.

 

 

 

 

Tutor History Panel

 

The Tutor History panel allows tutor history related to the tutor record to be entered, edited, viewed or deleted. Tutor History will also be automatically populated by updates to the Overall Status made at the Tutor Data tab in the Key Info panel.

 

To add a new tutor history record, click the Add New Record button to open a new tutor history window.  After entering the tutor history record, click Save to save the record and return to the Tutor History panel, or Save and New to save the record and add additional records, until clicking Save on the final record. Click Cancel to return to the Tutor History panel without saving the record.

 

To edit tutor history records, click the Edit button to the right of the record and make edits, then Save.  Other areas of the database will be inactivated until the record is saved or cancelled.

 

To delete tutor history records, click the Delete button to the right of the record and verify that you wish to delete the record.

 

 

The Tutor History panel displays the following fields:

 

*Start Date

The date the tutor history record began.

End Date

The date the tutor history record ended.

Overall Status

The Overall Status for the tutor.

Creation Date

System-generated date indicating the date the tutor history record was entered in the database.

Edit

Click to open the tutor history record for editing.

Delete

Click to delete the tutor history record, after verification.
