Family history records populate automatically when a family record is added using the intake form. The start date of the first history record will be the same as the intake date. Note that Status is not a required field on the donor intake page. If status is not selected at intake, a history record will populate with the status ‘No Value Entered.’
History records may also be added or existing history records may be edited. Editing the status on an existing of history does not update the ‘Status’ field. Status only updates when selected or edited at the Family Data tab.
