Donations

 

Donations made by the donor are added as separate records at the Donations tab.  When a new donation record is added, the read only fields ‘Date of Last Donation,’ ‘Amount of Last Donation,’ and ‘Total Donations’ will automatically update in the donor header.

 

The fields in the donation record allow you to track:

 

      Date of the donation.

      ‘Donation Type.’  Track how a donation was made, such as cash or pledge. 

      The value of the donation.

      The portion of the donation value that is tax deductible.

      ‘Campaign.’   Track a particular donation campaign or fundraiser, and the donation amount raised by the campaign.

      Additional comments regarding the donation.

 

The dropdown list fields at the donation record may be customized for your agency at Choice Lists.
