Contact Detail

 

The contact header displays key information about the contact in the record that is currently open, and shows at the top of each contact detail tab. The header itself cannot be edited, but the fields that display in the header may be edited elsewhere in the contact detail record, or populate automatically.  The contact header will update to display any applicable changes.

 

Fields that display in the contact header and where the editable fields may be edited:

 

Contact ID

System number automatically generated when the contact record is created; non-editable.  This ID is helpful when submitting a tech support question about a particular contact record.

 

Overall Status

Contact Data tab/ Key Info panel; entered at intake or edited at the Contact Key Info panel. 

 

Type

Contact Data tab/ Key Info panel; entered at intake or edited at the Contact Key Info panel. 

 

Contact Keyword

Contact Data tab/ Key Info panel; entered at intake or edited at the Contact Key Info panel. 

 

 

The contact detail toolbar allows you to:

 

      Add a new contact

      Delete the contact record currently open

 

The Record Indicator at the top right of the contact header shows which record you have open out of a selection of records, and allows you to move forward or back by record, or go to the first or last contact record in the list.  When you use the arrows to move forward or back, the record will be at the same panel and/or tab you were previously in.
