Telephone Technical Support
With a current LiteracyPro Systems, Inc. Service Agreement, you have the ability to telephone our Technical Support Center as many times as you need. Our senior support engineers are also available by phone for technical support when the need arises. Our program provides customers with fast answers regarding general questions, installation and configuration technical questions. Telephone support is available via our toll-free 800 number Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., MST. If an issue arises over the weekend, leave a message and we will respond quickly, continuing to work on the issue until it is resolved. Telephone support is just one part of your service agreement.
